PALM COAST, FL – On Wednesday, January 31, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) captured a fugitive from Putnam County who was wanted for Aggravated Battery.
At around 2:30 p.m., Deputy Cuthbert responded to a domestic disturbance call at a residence on Summerwood Road in Palm Coast. While investigating the disturbance, the deputy determined that Bobby Jackson Jr., 62 of Palatka had an active warrant for his arrest from Putnam County.
Jackson was wanted for Felony Second Degree Aggravated Battery since December 1, 2023. Jackson was arrested on his warrant and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility without incident. He was released earlier today on $10,000 bond.
“This fugitive thought he could hide out in Flagler County to avoid his charges,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “But he picked the wrong county and wrong Agency for that. He can count himself as another fugitive captured by FCSO.”
