Flagler County OARS – Open Arms Recovery Services – will be hosting a life-saving training that all volunteers should have! This training teaches people how to recognize an overdose, how to respond to it and why Narcan is important. You will leave the training knowing how to use Narcan. This knowledge could save a life and you never know who may need the help.
