ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Ready to become a modern-day explorer? Join us for Geocaching 101, a fun and hands-on introduction to the exciting world of geocaching—real-world treasure hunting using GPS-enabled devices.

This beginner-friendly program will teach participants:

  • What geocaching is and how it works

  • How to use a GPS device or smartphone to locate caches

  • Tips for navigating and logging your finds

  • Geocaching etiquette and safety

Participants will also have the opportunity to put their new skills into practice during a real-life outdoor adventure searching for caches hidden nearby.
