BUNNELL, FL – Detectives from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, and the State Attorney’s Office are seeking to identify additional victims of Pelfrene St Fort, 25.

St Fort, who resided in Orlando, is known to have engaged in several sexual relationships with underage females between the ages of 13 and 16. St Fort tells his victims that he is 17 or 18 years of age and leads them to believe that they are in a dating relationship before forcing them to engage in sexual acts.

Through investigative means, detectives have identified at least two victims in Flagler County, one victim in Orange County, and one victim in Osceola County. However, there are believed to be additional victims in the Central and Northeast Florida area.

In March 2023, St Fort was arrested by Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies after fleeing from a traffic stop. Through investigative means, St Fort was believed to be on the way to the home of an underage female he was having a relationship with. At the time of his arrest in Flagler County, he was found to be on felony probation for the original charge of Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communications Device, a charge which was reduced from Traveling to Have Sex with a Minor. St Fort was charged for this crime in January 2020.

St Fort was charged with Lewd or Lascivious Battery by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office and additional local charges are pending. Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has charged St Fort with Unlawful Sexual Activity with Certain Minors. Orange County Sheriff’s Office charges against St Fort are still pending.

St Fort is currently incarcerated by the Florida Department of Corrections.

“This multi-county serial dirtbag has been luring, conning, and forcing young girls across Central and Northeast Florida to sexually assault them,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “Coming forward as a victim can be scary and intimidating, but we are here to help you through the process and help you with our victim advocates. Working together, we can prevent him from ever assaulting another child.”
