Early Friday morning, Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the Palm Coast Parkway/I-95 interchange in Palm Coast. The vehicle began to accelerate away from the deputy when one of the occupants tossed a soft-sided case out of the passenger side window before the vehicle came to a stop. Deputies made contact with the driver 33-year-old Hannah Albright and the 27-year-old passenger Dacotah Clarke.
Upon a search of the vehicle and the case that was tossed out, deputies located an array of narcotics including fentanyl, methamphetamines, cocaine, suboxone, and marijuana. A large knife was also located within the vehicle.
Hannah Albright was arrested for Fleeing and Eluding, Failure to Obey Law Enforcement, Trafficking Fentanyl, Trafficking Methamphetamines, Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Sell, Possession of Methamphetamines with Intent to Sell, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell, Possession of Suboxone Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Marijuana Under 20 Grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Dacotah Clarke was placed under arrest for the following charges: Armed Trafficking Fentanyl, Armed Trafficking Methamphetamines, Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Sell, Possession of Methamphetamines with Intent to Sell, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell, Possession of Suboxone Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Marijuana Under 20 Grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Both are currently being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. Albright and Clarke are no strangers to FCSO. Albright and Clarke were together when they were arrested in May 2023 on various narcotics-related charges.
“Obviously, they haven’t learned their lesson about not being a poison peddler in Flagler County,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “Hopefully this time they will be held accountable and sent to prison where they belong before they can sell a fatal dose of poison.”
