Related Group, the largest luxury condo developer in the U.S., and Miami-based real estate company, BH Group, are partnering to deliver a boutique branded condominium project – their first in Palm Coast. This venture will feature two towers with 128 oceanfront residences across roughly 7 acres and is set to redefine upscale living in the area.

Who is the ideal resident for the new development?
We’re looking at a diverse group of potential buyers: current residents of Hammock Dunes and nearby golf communities, second and third homeowners from the Northeast, Midwest, and South, as well as younger families looking for a more tranquil lifestyle.
How will this addition to Hammock Dunes Club enhance the community?
This development will feature world-class architecture while preserving the design elements of Hammock Dunes. We are currently in the process of conducting intensive market studies to determine the most desired and useful amenities for residents and their families, ensuring we provide what truly matters to them. However, we can say that these amenities and services will be on-par with what can be found at the best five-star resorts. Our residents will have everything they need and want right at their fingertips.
Current residents have concerns about overdevelopment, traffic, and conservation. How will Related and BH reassure the community that the new development will fit seamlessly into the community?
Our team has a nearly 50-year history of creating communities that benefit and enhance their surroundings. We’re absolutely going to leverage that considerable experience into this development and will work hand-in-hand with local officials, industry-leading consultants, and residents to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth integration into the community.
