As only a busy mom can do, Shannon Rambow, Chair of the Flagler County Chapter of Moms for Liberty dropped a line late night for this week’s Friday Round Up.
Today closes out qualifying for candidates and Shannon shares a little bit about why Moms for Liberty have already made their endorsements for Flagler County School Board.
What does Moms for Liberty stand for, what is your mission?Â
Moms for Liberty – Flagler County Chapter is dedicated to the survival of America by unifying, educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.
How do you feel the organization is making an impact in the community through politics?Â
Actually we are working in the community not through politics, we are a non partisan organization, but through identifying issues our children and parents are facing inside the school system and helping them find answers. We are here for all parents regardless of their political beliefs.
Moms for Liberty has already endorsed 3 candidates. Who have you selected and what qualities do they possess that earned the endorsement?Â
We have endorsed Lance Alred, Christy Chong & Jill Woolbright. All candidates were invited to submit a Candidate Questionnaire and participated in an interview and forum. Members then voted on who to endorse.
They are, we felt, the best ones to stand up for parental rights and stop any indoctrination from making its way into our schools.
