The event will offer high school students an opportunity to meet with more than three dozen admissions and recruitment reps from colleges, universities, and trade and technical schools from around the country. Participants include higher learning institutions that signed on with The Florida Tour Committee, which is responsible for planning the Fall and Spring College Fairs throughout the state of Florida.
Students and their parents or guardians will have an opportunity to stop by the booths and ask questions and gather information about everything from what fields of study and coursework are offered at these higher learning institutions, as well as gain information about scholarships, student aid programs, athletics, online study, admissions requirements, and more.
This is a rare opportunity for local high school students to meet one-on-one in a casual, familiar environment with representatives from various public and private campuses, both large and small. This year’s event promises to be informative and convenient.
The College & Career Fair is set for Monday, September 26, 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the Matanzas High School cafeteria, 3535 Pirate Nation Way, in Palm Coast.
There is no need to register. Just be sure to add this event to your calendar.
