PALM COAST, FL (March 16, 2023) – Due to expected thunderstorms and strong winds on Saturday, March 18, 2023, the Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2nd Annual Small Biz Expo until Saturday, April 29, 2023. The Small Biz Expo will be hosted at the same venue, Palm Coast Central Park, located at 975 Central Avenue, Palm Coast, FL 32164, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
“The purpose of the grant-funded Small Biz Expo is to connect residents with local small businesses. The expected weather on Saturday is beyond what we could reasonably expect either small businesses or the public to endure.” said Greg Blosé, President & CEO of the Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce. “Windy conditions could also create hazards for attendees and exhibitors alike. Postponing the Small Biz Expo is the best decision for all involved.”
In conjunction with CareerSource, the City of Palm Coast and Presenting Sponsor Florida Health Care Plans, the 2nd Annual Small Biz Expo provides a free opportunity for local small businesses to showcase their goods and services to residents. Over 130 organizations were set to attend Saturday’s event. Each will be given an opportunity to hold their location for April 29th.
