PALM COAST, Fla. — The City of Palm Coast will begin implementing a new fee structure for non-residents participating in paid Parks and Recreation programs on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Under the updated structure, non-residents will pay 20% more than the standard program fee for applicable activities according to a release on Tuesday.
The change follows a review of program costs and pricing at comparable municipalities and recreation facilities. The updated structure establishes a consistent approach to non-resident fees across the department’s paid programs while helping the City manage the costs of delivering recreational services and maintaining facilities.
City residents will continue to pay the established resident rate.
For fee purposes, a resident is defined as a tax-paying individual who lives within Palm Coast city limits. A 100% disabled veteran who does not pay taxes will also qualify for the resident rate, provided their address is within city limits. Non-residents are individuals who live outside Palm Coast city limits and do not qualify as City residents under these guidelines.
Participants are encouraged to review program descriptions and applicable fees when registering for activities.
