Flagler Beach, FL — The City of Flagler Beach is pleased to announce the launch of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Monthly Beautification Award, established by the Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board (CRAAB) to celebrate businesses and residents that contribute to the beauty, character, and vitality of the CRA District.
The CRA Monthly Beautification Award recognizes one outstanding commercial or residential property each month for its exceptional appearance, ongoing maintenance, and commitment to enhancing the community. “The program is designed to encourage community pride while highlighting those whose efforts help create a welcoming and attractive environment for residents and visitors alike,” said the CRA Director, Casey Ryan.
Recipients are selected by the CRA Advisory Board and an award placed at the front of the winning commercial or residential property and displayed throughout their award month. Recipients will also be recognized through the City’s website, social media channels, mobile app, Notify Me notification system, First Friday events, and during City Commission and CRA Board meetings.
The City is proud to recognize Compass Hotel by Margaritaville as the inaugural recipient of the July 2026 CRA Monthly Beautification Award. Nominations may be submitted to any CRA Advisory Board (CRAAB) member for consideration. Together, we can recognize the businesses and individuals whose efforts make a lasting impact, one beautiful property at a time.
