What you tell yourself and how you see yourself can be the most significant difference between closing a deal and closing your doors. This year, the AAEA has expanded the AAEA Mind Your Business: Mindset Training Workshop Series and has speakers worldwide in various online and in-person programs to share tips, skills, and resources to make your mindset the cornerstone of your business. Zoom will take place on various Mondays, starting at 6:30 pm EST/ 5:30 pm CST, and there will be tips, resource links, and networking throughout the year.

Mr. Nettles, a proud native of Montgomery, Alabama, wears many hats as a devoted husband and father to four beautiful children. Eric’s primary aspiration remains unwavering: to fulfill a life of service to others locally and internationally. A resilient suicide survivor with compelling stories and testimonies, Eric dedicates himself to being a guiding light, particularly for men, aiming to empower and uplift. In recent years, he initiated the “Keep Pushing” campaign, a platform where he shares his own experiences and testimony of redemption following a suicide attempt. Eric sheds light on the significance of mental health, therapy, self-care, and self-awareness through this campaign. He inspires and motivates others to persevere, no matter their challenges. Eric Nettles commands respect and admiration not only in his community but around the world.

Eric is a focused and driven National HBCU account manager in corporate America with a strong track record of achieving exceptional results. Which has allowed him to collaborate with numerous Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) nationwide. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Eric’s motto, “We are stronger together than apart and always do things with excellence and integrity,” reflects his unwavering dedication to positively impacting the world.
