Flagler Beach, FL – On May 23rd of this year, the Flagler Beach Police Department responded to 414 Beach Village Drive, Publix Super Market, in reference to the theft of a wallet. The victims credit cards were later used in Palm Coast and criminal intelligence with regards to the suspects was shared with numerous Law Enforcement agencies throughout the northeast and central parts of our State.

Earlier this week, Detective Vinci from our Department was contacted by Detective Runyon from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in Lincolnton, North Carolina, and he advised that the suspects in our case were recently arrested in his jurisdiction. The suspects were interviewed yesterday, August 17th, and they confessed to their crimes in Flagler Beach and Flagler County. The victim in this case has been contacted and Detective Vinci is diligently working on charges for those crimes committed locally.

The suspects in our cases are; Natalie Rowles, 37 years of age and Salome Aracelly Jara-Madriaza, 22 years of age.
