These meetings are open to the public, and Palm Coast residents are strongly encouraged to attend. An increase in public engagement helps to build a stronger sense of community, increase valuable discussions, and decrease division.

The Finance Department will present a resolution to adopt the SR 100 Corridor Community Redevelopment Agency Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. Staff will provide the Board with the final proposed budget for FY 26-27 for the SR 100 Corridor CRA at an amount of $4,003,956.

The following resolutions will be presented:

The Finance Department will present a resolution to adopt the Millage Rate at 4.1387 for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

The Finance Department will present a resolution to adopt the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 at a total amount of $533,947,885.

The Public Works Department will present a resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2027 Fleet Replacement/Purchase Program and Associated Purchase Orders for Fleet Vehicles and Equipment as approved in the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget. Each year, the City of Palm Coast completes a review of all vehicles and equipment to decide what needs to be replaced and what new items must be purchased to keep operations running efficiently. This year, 368 assets were evaluated and City staff members recommend replacing 112 of them at a cost of $4,260,065.
Public Comments will be opened at the beginning and end of the workshop in accordance with Section 286.0114, Florida Statutes, and pursuant to the City Council’s Meeting Policies and Procedures. Each speaker will approach the podium, provide his/her name, and may speak for up to 3 minutes.
Please note that proclamations are not scheduled for this specific meeting. Additionally, public comments on non-agenda items will be limited to 30 minutes at the beginning and end of each meeting. This schedule is subject to change due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
