September 24, 2026 – Flagler County on October 5 will be closing a 2-mile section of County Road 205 beginning at its intersection with State Road 100 while contracted crews complete necessary structure and roadway repairs.
“Residents in this area will still be able to reach their homes throughout the project,” said County Engineer Hamid Tabassian. “The detour for through-drivers will be clearly marked.”
Detour signs will be placed along State Road 100, U.S. 1, and County Road 13 to both inform drivers about the road closure and direct traffic through the detour route.
“Drivers should use caution and allow extra travel time,” Tabassian said. “Flagler County appreciates residents’ patience while this important work is completed.”
