FLAGLER BEACH, Fla. – A Friday after-work gathering never looked so good as FB Real Estate Co. welcomed friends, family, clients and community partners to a tropical luau celebrating the company’s fifth anniversary.

Hosted in conjunction with the Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Business After Hours celebration brought together a large crowd for food, fellowship and an official ribbon-cutting ceremony marking five years of growth for the locally owned real estate company.

Bright tropical attire, laughter and plenty of community spirit filled the gathering as guests arrived to congratulate co-owners Jordan Farrell and Tony Garren and the FB Real Estate Co. team.

Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce President and CEO John Phillips praised the company’s success and the strong turnout of supporters.

“What an amazing turnout,” Phillips said. “Here’s to five more — and 25 more after that.”

For Garren, the evening offered an opportunity to reflect on how far the company has come since Farrell launched the business five years ago.

“Jordan started this company five years ago and had this company, from the start, on just a fantastic pace,” Garren said. “He brought me in, and I saw the love that the company had. I wanted to contribute to that and help this company grow.”

Garren said FB Real Estate Co. has worked to create a culture that feels more like a family than a traditional real estate office.

“We love being one of them — not just agents, but being part of a family-style real estate company,” he said. “I feel very blessed and very grateful for the opportunity that God has given me to be a part of this wonderful company.”

He also thanked those who have supported the business throughout its first five years, including his wife, Mindy, and the company’s clients, team members and community partners.

“Thank you to my beautiful wife, Mindy, and everyone who has shown Jordan, me and the whole team so much love and support throughout the years,” Garren said.

Farrell kept his remarks brief, letting the crowd and the celebratory atmosphere speak for the company’s impact.

“It’s awesome having you here,” Farrell said. “It’s wonderful to see the community — not only in Flagler Beach, but Palm Coast and all around the area — come here and show up for us today.”

He said the support shown by those attending made the milestone even more meaningful.

“Thank you so much for coming and blessing us,” Farrell said. “You guys being here is heartwarming. Enjoy the party.”

Following the remarks, Chamber representatives, company leaders and guests gathered for the ribbon cutting, where Farrell’s young sons did the official honors, before continuing the evening’s festivities.

The luau-themed celebration was more than a recognition of five years in business. It was also a reflection of the relationships FB Real Estate Co. has built along the way throughout the industry.

With a packed house, an enthusiastic welcome and plenty of aloha spirit, the company’s first five years were celebrated in fitting fashion — surrounded by a community that is more like family.
