FLAGLER COUNTY, FL – Representative Sam Greco, Chair of the Flagler County Legislative Delegation, announced public hearing and legislative deadlines for the Flagler County Legislative Delegation Meeting.

An Organizational Meeting and General Legislative Public Hearing will be held on January 8th, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Flagler County Commission Chambers located at 1769 Moody Blvd., Building 2, Bunnell, Florida. The purpose of the meeting is to elect a Chair and Vice Chair of the Flagler County Delegation and take public testimony on legislative issues, appropriations, and local bills.

Flagler County Delegation meetings are open to the public.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Chapter 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons in need of special accommodations to participate in the meeting, including agendas, interpreters or assisted listening devices, must contact Shannon Shephard with Representative Sam Greco’s office at shannon.shephard@myfloridahouse.gov no later than two (2) weeks prior to the meeting so that accommodations can be satisfied.

Interested citizens wishing to be placed on the agenda for the January 8th, 2025, public hearing must contact Shannon Shephard with Representative Sam Greco’s office at shannon.shephard@myfloridahouse.gov no later than 12:00 p.m., January 2nd, 2025. Those wishing to provide materials or handouts to the Flagler County Delegation members can mail them in advance of the public hearing to Representative Sam Greco’s District Office located at 4877 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Suite 1, Palm Coast, FL 32137.’
