Held Thanksgiving Weekend on November 30 & December 1, 2024, this vibrant event showcases a diverse array of artists and makers, spanning mediums such as painting, glasswork, pottery, fiber art, photography, jewelry, and beyond.

With live music and entertainment, food trucks, and a kids’ zone, this family-friendly affair takes place Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM on North Main Street in downtown Hastings, FL.

…How to Apply..

  • All applications must be made online at hastingsfl.org. No paper applications will be accepted.
  • Click here to complete the online form.
  • Choose the Fall Festival of Art – Thanksgiving Weekend
  • Select your medium from the Artist Categories:

• Drawing/Pastel • Fiber/Leather • Glassworks • Gourds/Baskets • Graphics 2D • Jewelry • 2D Mixed Media • 3D Mixed Media • Painting • Photography • Pottery/Ceramics • Metal • Woodworks

  • Upload ONE high-quality image of your booth/set-up (tent with display preferred) and THREE high-quality image(s) of your artwork (jpg, png, jpeg, pdf; 20MB file size limit; no special characters in file names).
  •  There is no application fee, only booth fees
  •  An Application is considered an intent by the artist to participate in the Festival.
  •  Please read the Terms of Agreement on the application before submitting.

..Booth Information

  • 10ft X 10ft space – $175
  • limited 10ft X 20ft spaces available – $350
  • Artists must provide their own WHITE, fire-retardant tents, tables, chairs/displays, payment processing, etc. All tents must be secured in the ground.
  • This is an OUTDOOR event, overnight security will be provided, but artists should secure their booths and artwork overnight.
  • Artists are responsible for making sure their booth is manned at all times during the Festival dates/times.
  • Set up will be:
  • Friday, November 29, from 3 to 6pm
  • Saturday, November 30, from 7 to 9:30am
  • Breakdown will be at 3pm on Sunday, December 1, and should be completed by 5pm. No early breakdowns.
