The African American Cultural Society, Inc. (AACS), kicked off the official opening of the Founders Gallery located at 4422 N US Highway 1, 32110 on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m., featuring the “Living in Harmony” Exhibition, a 30-year retrospective of the work of nationally recognized fine artist, Bettie Eubanks. There was a meet and greet with the artist attended by over 100 persons. The participants had the opportunity to have an interactive discussion with Eubanks about the artistic process she uses to create her paintings, which is visible in all of her of work.

Eubanks has shown her art throughout the East Coast and Florida. Her work is a part of many permanent collections, The Martha’s Vineyard hospital, Sisters Network Inc., and the MD Anderson project. The public is invited to visit the exhibition on Thursdays and Fridays 4-6PM, Saturdays 2-4PM, except holidays.
