PALM COAST, Fla. — The Flagler County Cultural Council will celebrate five years of building partnerships, supporting local artists and preserving community history during its annual meeting Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center.

The gathering will highlight accomplishments featured in FC3’s five-year annual report, recognize the contributions of community partners and volunteers, and look ahead to new opportunities for supporting arts, culture and history throughout Flagler County. Refreshments will be provided by World Plate, and the program will include a special announcement.

Since its beginning in 2021, FC3 has grown into the county’s designated Local Arts Agency, guided by three strategic goals: advocacy, collaboration and support. Its work connects cultural organizations, educators, artists, businesses and public partners to expand access to cultural experiences for residents and visitors.

As FC3 enters its next year, priorities include strengthening arts advocacy, expanding partnerships, supporting cultural programming and encouraging greater participation through membership and volunteer service.
