PALM COAST, Fla. — The Flagler Home Builders Association (FHBA) is set to showcase the best in local home design and construction during the 32nd Annual Flagler Parade of Homes, taking place April 11–19, 2026.
The popular event invites residents and visitors alike to explore a wide variety of homes throughout Flagler County in a scattered-site tour format. Builder members open model, spec, and pre-sold homes, offering a firsthand look at the latest trends in architecture, interior design, and home innovation.
Since its inception in 1994, the Parade of Homes has served as a valuable resource for prospective buyers and homeowners seeking inspiration. Attendees can tailor their experience by touring homes based on location, price range, and style.

Showcase Home and Community
This year’s featured Showcase Home, “The Bay Breeze,” is built by Hulbert Homes and located in Flagler Beach. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,200 square feet of living space, and is currently for sale.
Hulbert Homes, established in 1997, has built a reputation across Central Florida and has recently expanded into Palm Coast, Flagler County, and Florida’s Space Coast.
The 2026 Showcase Community is Seminole Palms, highlighting scenic views, ponds, modern amenities, and five featured homes in this year’s parade.
