Palm Coast – The flooring has been removed, and piping is being installed, marking the official start of construction for the splash pad.

Hear from Eric Gebo, Stormwater & Engineering Architect for the City of Palm Coast, as he provides a brief project update on the construction at the James F. Holland Memorial Park Splash Pad in Palm Coast, Florida.

Eric explains all the exciting changes happening on-site and what residents can look forward to once this project is complete. The surface material and concrete have been removed, and contractors are replacing drains and piping. New concrete installation is set to be poured in March, with the project completion targeted for this summer.

“Summer is just around the corner, and our dedicated contractors are working diligently to ensure the completion of this project, aiming to welcome families back to play in the beautiful James F. Holland Memorial Park,” said Eric Gebo, Stormwater & Engineering.

Residents can still access the dry-play section of James F. Holland Memorial Park while construction is ongoing. This project is expected to be completed in July 2024.
