St. Augustine Beach, Florida, December 27, 2023 – Please join the City of St. Augustine Beach, our partners, sponsors, and local businesses as we Light Up the NIGHT! on December 31, 2023. The fireworks display is the final event in the city’s 2023 Light Up the BEACH! holiday season.
The fireworks are shot off the St. Johns County Pier (350 A1A Beach Blvd.) in St. Augustine Beach, but there are multiple viewing locations to enjoy the show. Viewing areas include St. Augustine Beach Pier Park (the Volleyball Courts area, Splash Park, and Pavilion.) Pedestrian beach access from 10th Street South and beach driving on A Street (4X4 only) access as normal barring weather restrictions.
The city is working with radio station WSOS 103.9 FM for the event and will begin broadcasting at 6:30 PM. Tune in for shuttle information, traffic and parking updates and interviews. For those viewing the Fireworks from locations other than St. Johns County Pier Park, tune in at 8:30 PM and listen to the music while you watch the show. The Light Up the BEACH! season is a community-based series of events, which supports local artists and businesses and brings both visitors and locals together to enjoy all that our beautiful city has to offer.
