December 19, 2023 – The offices of the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners, the Flagler County Public Library, as well as the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, the Property Appraiser, the Supervisor of Elections, and the Tax Collector will be closed on December 25 and 26, and January 1, 2024.
WastePro offices will be closed on Christmas and New Years Day, and they will not be collecting garbage in the unincorporated areas of Flagler County on either December 25 or January 1, and will instead make the pickups on the following Saturday.
“Please do not put your garbage out on Christmas or New Years Day,” said General Services Director Mike Dickson. “Do, however, make sure that you have it out for Saturday pickup.”
Those who would typically have their garbage collected on Monday, December 25, will have their make up day on Saturday, December 30. Those same Monday routes who would have a January 1 collection will have that collection day make up on Saturday, January 6.
Other collection days will not be impacted.
