DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – This is a full day of community service and fun with a heart for diversity, equity, and inclusion. The African American Entrepreneurs Association (AAEA) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that was formed to develop and create economic development through entrepreneurship within the underserved African American and minority communities through education. There is no greater joy than spreading education, promoting small businesses, and loving our community history all while having fun!

From 2-6 pm, we have bounce houses, games, and vendors setting up, and where we will feature food trucks, vendors, and refreshments. Daytona Fire Department will be there 4-6pm with activities for the kids too! There is MORE TOO! Send us your best photos from the day with you and your friends and family in front of our Billboard or Concourse sign, and you’ll be entered for your chance to WIN $100. The winner will receive $100, the second place will receive $75, and the third place will receive $50. Winning photos will appear in the following newsletter and on our Facebook page.

For the last part of the day, we will enjoy the Movie at the Jack where we will watch “42: The True Story of an American Legend” as a community. It is our goal to pack the stadium full like the first game Jackie played in Daytona in 1946. That’s 4000 seats! Will you be part of this history honoring day?
