Palm Coast – The City of Palm Coast unveiled its latest addition of renovation improvements with the administration building located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant #1 facility grounds on Friday, February 17, 2023.
Wastewater Treatment Plant #1 was originally placed into service in 1973. Since then it has had several upgrades. To accommodate our community’s growing population the city wastewater operations staff has expanded as well to meet the expectations and level of service our residents need.
The administration building is approximately 2,060 square foot and features include: offices, a training room, restrooms, locker rooms, a break room and other accessory areas.
