Opening with a reception on Saturday evening, the Pineapple Gallery hosted guests to view the works of artist Birdie Gibbs for her one woman show, “Birds and Beaches”.

“Saturday evening’s event, Birds and Beaches, was a celebration of Birdie Gibbs and her stunning art,” said Audrey Scherr, co-manager of Pineapple Gallery in Flagler Beach.

“Birdie captivated guests with her conversational and amusing talk. The listeners chuckled throughout and laughed often. It was a friendly and casual feel-good event; It felt like a party you’d have at home,” she said.

“We’re happy the event turned out to be a good example of living our mission which is to inspire and spread joy by connecting people with engaging works of art and stimulating experiences. We’re thankful that so many people came out to hear Birdie’s talk, enjoy the reception, and make new friends,” said Scherr.
