Palm Coast Updates: As we monitor the effects of Subtropical Storm Nicole, the City of Palm Coast has switched its website to the emergency mode for easy access to emergency information, including:

Palm Coast – In preparation for Subtropical Storm Nicole, the City of Palm Coast has cancelled garbage collection for Thursday, November 10. The next pick-up day will be the regularly scheduled day. Yard debris collection will take place on Wednesday, as usual. There should be no debris left outside by 6 p.m. Wednesday evening. Residents are encouraged to bring their garbage cans inside the garage or secured for the duration of the storm.

Also, the city’s Customer Service division will have phone lines open for 24 hours until the storm has passed beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9. The City has activated its emergency website in preparation for the storm and pertinent storm-related information can be found on the main page at PalmCoast.gov.

The City of Palm Coast’s Emergency Operations Center will activate at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9. This means that all City personnel will be working on storm preparedness and protection measures. For this reason, all City facilities will be closed on Thursday, November 10. All Parks and Trails will be closed at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9.
