Daytona Beach, FL – The Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce announces Samantha Crouch as its new Vice President of Small Business Development. She will start March 7.
“We are very excited to welcome Samantha to our team in this newly established position designed around her skills and desire to assist small business. Her passion for the community and her knowledge of the chamber industry will position her to hit the ground running,” stated Daytona Regional President & CEO, Nancy Keefer.
As Vice President of Small Business Development, Crouch will develop effective programs and initiatives focused on small business needs. While leading and developing initiatives through the Diversity Equity and Inclusion programing, Crouch will also create and produce training programs specific to small business development and recognition – ensuring the long-term sustainable growth of the Daytona Regional Chamber.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our community,” said Crouch. “Due to the pandemic, their needs as businesses have greatly evolved, and I am eager to support them in this new day and age with state-of-the-art resources to ensure longevity in Daytona Beach and Volusia County.”
Crouch, who most recently served as the President of the Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce, brings a network of relationships and deep community roots to the small business community in Volusia County. In her tenure with the Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce, membership has grown by 30%, and numerous new initiatives have been developed to support the chamber members.
Crouch is no stranger to the local community. An Ormond Beach native, she is a graduate of Seabreeze High School and is actively involved in her Alumni Association for the University of South Florida. Recently recognized as the Daytona Beach News-Journal’s 2021 Rising Star Woman of the Year, she plays an active role in several community organizations, including currently serving as a board member for the Junior League of Daytona Beach. As a Take Stock in Children mentor, she spends time mentoring students at Seabreeze High School. She is married to Gene Crouch, and they reside in Ormond Beach with their two children.
