FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – As daily schedules grow more crowded and to-do lists continue to expand, more people are turning to artificial intelligence as a way to streamline tasks and reclaim valuable time.

Still, not everyone is ready to embrace AI. Whether due to unfamiliarity, hesitation, or the belief they will “get to it eventually,” a clear gap remains between those actively using the technology and those unsure how to begin.

Working to bridge that gap, marketing and public relations expert Cindy Dalecki Morrissey is offering no-pressure educational classes designed to introduce AI in a practical, accessible way. The sessions focus on building foundational skills using Sintra, an AI platform that functions as a suite of virtual assistants tailored to business and creative needs.

Small business owner Joshua McLean, co-owner of Cut Up and Sew, was among those attending the class held Wednesday, January 14, in the Grand Living Realty training room. He said the hands-on approach made the benefits of AI immediately clear.

“Two things, the email organization is going to be huge for me. That’s massive,” McLean said. “But just the way that it interviewed me—it’s totally an action plan that I can now go over. But truthfully, it’s really cool the way it breaks it down against the prompt.”

“And I love that the action plan is now tied to your daily summarizer,” Morrissey added, emphasizing how AI tools can connect long-term planning with everyday productivity.

Participants from business and administrative sectors shared the tasks that consume the most time in their workdays. Using Sintra’s “Buddy” and other AI employees, attendees learned how to collaborate with virtual assistants to manage schedules, organize communication, and create operational and growth plans aimed at expanding their client base.

One creative highlight of the class centered on an author who used Sintra to finally bring a long-imagined book to life. With AI support, he developed characters, storylines, visuals, and branding concepts—completing the book in approximately 15 hours after carrying the idea for years.

On the organizational side, Sintra demonstrated its ability to analyze membership benefits, retention and renewal rates, and acquisition strategies. For one attendee, the platform suggested clearer value delivery, structured onboarding, improved tracking systems, and bundled partnerships. It also assisted with foundation planning by comparing similar organizations and identifying new opportunities for growth.

“It’s just like a thought partner, which makes it huge,” Morrissey said.

By combining education with real-world application, Sintra is proving to be a versatile, all-in-one assistant—supporting strategy, creativity, operations, and daily productivity—while helping users transform ideas into actionable results.
