Residents will fill their own sandbags but you may need to help elderly or single people who cannot do it alone. You will need to ensure that the appropriate number of bags is given to each family and that people return shovels after filling the bags.

Additionally – there is a good chance that we may need help with many other activities including sheltering (medical volunteers are greatly appreciated).
