Ready for a little brunch, we had to try it out after a sunny morning spent in Flagler Beach.
With a savory or sweet menu it’s hard to pick just one and so splitting one of each, gives you a chance to try it all.
Selecting the “Surfer’s Breakfast”, filled with steak, ham, egg, cheese, onion and bacon, wrapped in a crepe and grilled perfectly.
And a “Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe” luscious cheesecake filling and whipped cream paired with fresh strawberries, it was plenty for two people and hit all the right spots.
Sometimes crepes can be wet but these were really well prepared.
The staff was helpful in selecting flavors that worked well together, and the peach green tea paired nicely with the passion fruit popping pearls. The first sip was a surprise with the pearl but then became a fun, tasty part of the experience.
The sparkling strawberry lemonade was a hit as well. The spot really is a bubble of sunshine!
