PALM COAST, Fla. – Their last performance rocked the house—and The Texas Tenors are back to do it again.

Marking a professional milestone with their 15th Anniversary Tour in 2024, The Texas Tenors continue to draw rave reviews from audiences nationwide, and their last stop at the Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center was no exception. Patrons flooded social media with commemorative photos and glowing praise after a night filled with soaring vocals, emotional depth, and genre-spanning brilliance.

Snowbirds Jerry and Judy Schmidt, visiting Flagler County from New York, decided on a whim to attend the show.

“We’ve only been here about 10 days and saw the concert coming up,” said Jerry Schmidt. “We thought, why not? Turns out they weren’t just three guys who can sing really well—they can sing really, really well.”

Schmidt was especially impressed by the group’s versatility.
“I loved their music selection and how easily they moved between styles. They were incredible both as soloists and as an ensemble.”

Linda Mahran, attending with friends Joane DeMarco and Shelia Striffler, found herself swept up in the emotion of the evening.

“I told my friends I believed they were singing directly to me,” she joked. “Of course, they said it was to them.”

During Italian arias and a stunning rendition of The Phantom of the Opera’s “The Music of the Night,” audience members could be seen wiping away tears.

“It was beautiful—enchanting,” Mahran said. “Their voices hit you right in the heart. I couldn’t take my eyes off them.”

Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center Director Amelia Fulmer said the response from patrons was overwhelmingly positive, and bringing the powerhouse trio back to The Fitz was a must.

“I’ve seen them before, but they brought so many new songs this time and everything was so polished,” Fulmer said. “One moment reminded me of Robert Goulet singing Some Enchanted Evening.”

She added, “Using the piano made the performance more intimate and emotional. You could feel the audience just soaking it in. We’re so fortunate to welcome them back.”

The trio, comprised of Marcus Collins, JC Fisher, and John Hagen, enjoys the opportunity to entertain according to ‘contemporary tenor’ Marcus Collins.

“We have learned how to create moments on stage that we hope move the audience and conveys the message that we want to convey each and every night… We love the music that we sing. We love our audiences and are so grateful for the opportunities and the blessings that we have,” shared Collins.

The Texas Tenors return January 8 to kick off an electrifying 2026 season at the Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center, which also features Gary Puckett and The Union Gap (January 15), Human Nature presented by Smokey Robinson (January 18), Debby Boone (February 7), and Proud Tina: The Ultimate Tribute to Tina Turner (February 24).
