Art of Living Retreat Center features presenters leading an array of workshops and transformative sessions meant to inspire and encourage through unique wisdom, insight, and knowledge-in-action. Among the 30+ presenters hosting sessions at the Retreat Center in 2024 are:
- Jessamyn Stanley: Yoga Your Way (October 18-20) – Founder of digital wellness experience The Underbelly, Stanley is an acclaimed yoga teacher and body positivity advocate. This fall, she’ll lead a playful escape featuring guided movement and meditation, prioritizing rest and always giving the option to practice however feels best. Participants will enter an accessible, safe, welcoming space to learn how to define achievement and achieve wellness in a way that makes sense for them, fully embracing their feelings and bodies.
- Dr. Joel Fuhrman: The Ultimate Longevity Workshop (October 24-27) – Seven-time New York Times best-selling author Dr. Joel Fuhrman will hold an interactive seminar highlighting the emotional skills needed to implement a healthy diet for a long-lasting life and training practitioners to motivate and empower patients to maintain progress with their conditions. Through lectures, discussions and Q&As, participants will learn the basics of longevity science; the importance of sleep, exercise, visualization and meditation in aging; and will leave with a greater understanding of nutritional science and actionable steps to apply to their or their patients’ lives.
- Dr. Ramani Durvasula: Excavating the Light Within You (November 1-3) – An esteemed authority in narcissistic relations, Dr. Ramani Durvasula invites guests on a journey toward reclaiming their true selves through psychoeducation, community support and clarity. In navigating the complexities of narcissistic relationships, participants will uncover insights and tools for healing.
- don Miguel Ruiz, Jr. & don Jose Ruiz: The Art and Mastery of Life (November 8-10) – Led by the sons of renowned spiritual teacher and author of the international best-selling The Four Agreements, this unique workshop builds on the family’s teachings, emphasizing unconditional love and personal healing as the means to transform the world. The immersive weekend will teach participants to return to their innate wisdom and live lives based on truth.
- Jeff Warren: Being Human Takes Practice (November 15-17) – Author and meditation instructor Jeff Warren will guide a variety of adventurous practices to help participants learn how they each, individually, best meditate, aiming for everyone to leave the weekend with a clear understanding of why they meditate and a clear feeling for their own strange and beautiful practice. Through sharing, discussion and meditation, “the practice of being human,” guests learn mercy, forgiveness, majesty, and humility.
