Luke Winslow-King upcoming new album “If These Walls These Talk” (due out May 6, 2022) solidifies his ability to mold his surroundings and influences into a unified sound that is uniquely his own; bitter but sweet, soulful, inclusive, and comforting. Winslow-King’s work is an eclectic mix that combines delta blues, folk music, traditional jazz, and roots rock & roll and his upcoming album is a testament of that. Winslow-King’s songs blend contemporary ideas with styles from bygone eras, producing a sound that is both familiar and original.

Following the release of three heart-felt love songs, Luke Winslow-King has returned with a new single ‘Watch Me Change.’ The song is a mournful, bluesy, lament about removing pieces of yourself to become what you ought to be for somebody else. It focuses on discovering your inner truth and undergoing transformation for the sake of love; posing the question what would you do for love and not what love does for you.

“I don’t love no other but you……..you know how much I try, so don’t you forget.”

This single is also proof of how Luke Winslow-King’s rustic and comforting voice, accompanied by Roberto Luti’s impressive musicianship, will always deliver a hit.
In anticipation of his upcoming album Winslow-King will return to the United States for the first time in over two years to begin his Spring/Summer tour in Florida on May 13, then route up through the mid-west and back down throughout the southeast.

Winslow-King has recorded four solo albums with acclaimed Chicago label Bloodshot Records and has appeared on recordings with George Porter Jr., Little Freddy King, Blue Gene Tyranny, and Dr. John. His seventh full-length album “If These Walls Could Talk” is slated to be released on May 6, 2022 on Memphis label Ghost River Records and will continue to propel rugged roots to the vanguard of modern artistic sensibility.
Luke Winslow-King will perform at The Golden Lion on May 13th in Flagler Beach and The Green Lion in Palm Coast on May 14th.
