Bunnell, FL – The Florida Department of Health in Flagler County (DOH-Flagler) has modified its testing and vaccination schedule for Monday, November 22 through Friday, November 26. The operation will be closed both Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Effective Monday, both Moderna and Pfizer boosters (third doses) will be available to anyone over age 18 who received their second doses at least six months ago. These boosters are also available for anyone who received the J&J vaccine at least two months ago.

Appointments are preferred for all vaccinations and boosters. Please call 386-437-7350 ext. 0 for scheduling. The call center is open weekdays from 8AM until 4:30PM.
