Daytona Beach, Fla. – The most magical time of year just got brighter, as Magic of Lights makes its highly anticipated return. Daytona International Speedway will once again transform into a dazzling winter wonderland, complete with a stunning drive-through light show and a festive Holiday. The cherished holiday tradition kicks off November 20th and runs through January 2nd.
Produced by Family Entertainment Live, Magic of Lights returns to Daytona International Speedway for its 10th year running. This season’s lineup includes the all-new Reindeer Rest Stop or the fan-favorite Jolly Holiday Village, the longest light tunnel in Florida, dazzling illuminated scenes, holiday classics, and more!
“Magic of Lights continues to be a place where families in Daytona come together to create cherished memories and start new traditions,” said Ken Hudgens, CEO of Family Entertainment Live. “We’re proud to return to Daytona International Speedway and help this community celebrate the season together.”
“The holiday season is such a special time of year, and we love seeing Daytona International Speedway come to life in a completely different way with Magic of Lights,” said Frank Kelleher, President of Daytona International Speedway. “There’s something really special about welcoming families to the World Center of Racing to celebrate the season together, create memories and experience DAYTONA in a way they can’t any other time of year. We’re incredibly excited to open our gates and share a little holiday magic with our community again this year.”
Guests can soak in Magic of Lights’ most beloved holiday scenes without ever leaving their vehicle, from the whimsical Prehistoric Christmas and enchanting Winter Wonderland to the timeless 12 Days of Christmas, cheerful Toyland, playful festive Elves and the magnificent Reindeer Road. Drive through the breathtaking 400-foot Enchanting Tunnel of Lights, plus several more illuminated tunnels that carry guests into a world of holiday wonder.
Signature attractions bring the show to life, including the towering 32-foot animated Mattel’s Waving Christmas Barbie®, a larger-than-life Prehistoric Christmas scene with life-sized dinosaurs celebrating the season, and the iconic BIGFOOT® Monster Truck display. Lit up by more than two million twinkling lights, Magic of Lights offers a warm, festive experience families will treasure for years to come.
Families can also step out of the car and stroll through the magical Jolly Holiday Village, a wonderland of walk-through attractions featuring brand-new inflatables alongside a full lineup of festive activities.
