The public is invited to attend a Flagler County School Board Candidate Forum on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm, hosted by the American Association of University Women/Flagler, with guidance from the League of Women Voters. The forum will be held at the Historic Flagler County Courthouse “Vault Room” located at 200 E. Moody Boulevard in Bunnell.
The AAUW is a nonpartisan organization that promotes participation of citizens in government. AAUW does not support any political parties or candidates. This forum will provide the public with the opportunity to hear the school board candidates’ views on issues important to voters.
Each candidate will be allowed two minutes to make opening statements. A moderator will ask questions prepared by AAUW and LWV along with written questions from the audience. Candidates will be given an opportunity to respond to each question. Answers will be limited to two minutes.
We encourage members of the local media to attend in order to help voters make an informed decision in the primary election scheduled for August 18.
