Palm Coast –The City of Palm Coast is excited to announce the return of the annual Mayor’s Health and Wellness Challenge, which will kick off on Monday, March 4, and continue throughout the month. The challenge, designed to promote health and wellness among residents, will feature several events throughout March designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

“The goal behind the Mayor’s Challenge is really to get our residents focused on health and wellness in all forms, whether that means getting more active, managing stress, eating better, or even working on their mental health”, said Mayor David Alfin. “Being mindful of one’s health during this challenge can serve as a great starting point for those looking to be healthier that hopefully they will be able to carry through long after it’s over.”

In addition to the scheduled events, residents are encouraged to spend at least 30 minutes each day focused on an aspect of their personal health and well-being.
