BUNNELL, FL – Fifteen exceptional students who attend public and private schools in Flagler County are recognized by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) as a “Great Kid.” Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly met with each of those students this week and presented them with their awards.

The “Great Kid” Award is presented monthly to students who show respect to their peers, help others, work hard in academics, and represent themselves and their school well. The recipients are nominated by FCSO’s School Resource Deputies and school employees. Sheriff Staly presented the fifteen awards for February, March, April, and May 2023 in order to catch up after being delayed in 2022 due to hurricanes and the holiday season.
