Palm Coast – The Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, Inc., in partnership with Palm Coast and Flagler County, is pleased to invite residents to attend a free Housing Fair and Financial Wellness Clinic on Saturday, April 22nd, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside the Flagler County Association of Realtors, located at 4101 East Moody Boulevard, Bunnell, FL 32110.

This event is designed for everyone, including homebuyers, homeowners, and renters. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive their free credit reports and participate in mini-classes and workshops on financial literacy topics throughout the day.

The Housing Fair and Financial Wellness Clinic will feature industry professionals who will share their expertise and provide attendees with valuable information about the home-buying process. A HUD Housing Counselor will also be available to answer any questions attendees may have about affordable housing initiatives, new mortgage loan products, down payment assistance programs, rehab programs, and loan options for homeowners.

This event is part of Fair Housing Act Month, celebrating 55 years since the passage of this landmark legislation. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about fair housing laws and how they protect against discrimination in housing.

“We are excited to partner with Mid-Florida Housing Partnership and Flagler County to bring this free Housing Fair and Financial Wellness Clinic to our residents,” said Palm Coast Director Chief of Staff Jason DeLorenzo. “This event is an opportunity for residents to learn about the resources available to them and to take steps towards achieving their homeownership and financial goals.”
