City of Flagler Beach

Town of Beverly Beach

The Town of Beverly Beach will hold a Mail Ballot Charter Amendment Election on March 7, 2023. This type of election is authorized under Florida Statutes Section 101.6102 and has been approved by the Town Commission, and the Florida Secretary of State. Every registered voter in Beverly Beach was mailed a ballot on January 27, 2023. Voters may choose to vote for or against any of the five Charter Amendments on the ballot.

The Town Charter is the governing document for the Town of Beverly Beach, and these amendments require voter approval before they can be formally adopted as part of the Charter. None of the Town Commission or Town Mayor candidates were opposed this year, there are no candidates on the ballot. There will be no in-person voting for this election. Voters may return their voted ballot by mail, or return it directly to the Supervisor of Elections Office in Bunnell, during our office hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. A secure ballot drop box is being monitored and available during office hours. Voters cannot return a mail ballot at any polling place.
