Palm Coast – The City of Palm Coast has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a food and beverage concession provider at the Palm Harbor Golf Club, which is owned and operated by the City of Palm Coast.

The RFP is available by visiting www.palmcoast.gov and clicking on the “Upcoming Bids” tab under the “Get Involved” section. It can also be accessed by following this link. Please note that users must create an account to continue.

The RFP is open to the public and all bids must be received by September 15, 2022. Any questions related to the RFP must be received by September 8, 2022, to allow time for responses.

The new concession lease agreement will commence on February 1, 2023. The agreement with the current food and beverage provider will terminate on January 15, 2023 to allow for the transition.

The City of Palm Coast has a robust procurement process to ensure fairness and transparency. The goal of the process to provide the most appropriate quality of goods and services needed by the City to provide agreed services to the citizens at the least total public expense. The procurement policy maintains that the process is compliant with all laws; ethical, fair and objective; competitive and cost effective; designed to enhance efficiency; promotes good will and clear communication; and identifies and reduces the City’s contractual risk.

Palm Harbor Golf Club is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The golf club features a full service practice facility with a driving range, putting green, and chipping green complete with newly renovated bunker. The pro shop, which carries both men’s and women’s name brand apparel and equipment, is a shared space with the food and beverage concession provider.
