Recent election results show that more voters are choosing to vote early in Flagler County!
Any registered and qualified voter who is eligible to vote in a county-wide election may vote in person at the early voting site. According to Florida law, every voter must present a Florida driver’s license, a Florida identification card or another form of acceptable picture and signature identification in order to vote. If you do not present the required identification or if your eligibility cannot be determined, you will only be permitted to vote a provisional ballot. Don’t forget your ID!
MAIL BALLOT DROP BOXES
Updated with new requirements as of May 2021, Florida Senate Bill 90.
Secure drop boxes (also known as Secure Ballot Intake Stations)Â are available at the entrance of the Elections Office and at any early voting site during voting hours.
Elections Office Drop Box
The ballot drop box at the Elections Office will be monitored by a staff member beginning on July 15, 2022 and through Election Day. This drop box will no longer be available after office hours or on weekends, except during the early voting period. You may use this drop box to return any elections-related paperwork and mail ballots during an election cycle.
Hours of operation:
July 15 – August 23, 2022
Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, excluding holidays and early voting.
Early voting hours of operation:
August 13 – 20, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Early Voting Drop Boxes
These drop boxes are available at the Flagler County Public Library, the Palm Coast Community Center, and the Flagler Beach United Methodist Church during early voting hours. Any voter can return their mail ballot using this drop box, which is located in the lobby area of both of these locations. Ballots returned in these drop boxes during early voting are delivered to the Elections Office the same day.

EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS
There are four early voting sites in Flagler County which will be open for county-wide elections. These sites will be available for the 2022 Primary Election.
