The American Red Cross Hands-Only CPR class is a short, non-certification session teaching bystanders to save lives during cardiac emergencies.

  • Target Audience: Ideal for anyone wanting to know how to respond to a sudden cardiac arrest, without the time commitment of full certification..

  • Skills Learned: How to correctly position the body, place hands, and maintain the proper rhythm for compressions to keep blood flowing until professional help arrives.

This training is not a full CPR certification course, but rather a “skill-building session” to prepare you to act in an emergency.
