Housing officials from throughout Flagler County are hosting the annual Flagler-Palm Coast Housing Fair on April 11 in conjunction with National Fair Housing Month. The event is a collaboration between the Mid Florida Housing Partnership, the City of Palm Coast, and Flagler County and will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center.

“This event typically draws more than 40 exhibitors,” said Flagler County Housing Manager Devrie Paradowski. “This year’s Housing Fair will introduce a new opportunity for resident input during the noon session, ‘Community Conversation: The Future of Housing.’ County Commissioner Kim Carney and Palm Coast City Council Member Charles Gambaro will attend the discussion to hear directly from residents.”

QR‑code surveys will also be available to collect broader input. The feedback gathered will help shape a 2027 Housing Policy Forum and may guide future housing policy decisions.

Housing Fair highlights:

  • Financial workshops, including credit counseling and estate planning resources

  • Information on financing repairs and home modifications

  • Exhibitors, including solar and wind retrofitting vendors, roof replacement specialists, lenders, home builders, and housing assistance providers

  • NEW this year: a Civic Engagement Session during the Housing Fair an in-person, focus-group style discussion where attendees can share their vision for the future of housing in Flagler County and Palm Coast. Additionally, QR-code surveys will be provided for broader input. This is a key opportunity to capture community perspectives.

  • Event Details: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Palm Coast

“This is a great way to celebrate Fair Housing Month,” Paradowski said. “It’s important to know how fair housing laws support our community.”
