Fall Applications Open for Sea Turtle Hospital Internship at UF Whitney Laboratory

MARINELAND, Fla. – Have you ever dreamed of working alongside veterinarians and animal care professionals to help rehabilitate sick and injured sea turtles?

There’s still time to apply for the Fall Sea Turtle Hospital Internship!

The internship offers hands-on experience in a busy wildlife rehabilitation hospital, where interns become an important part of our team. From preparing diets and maintaining rehabilitation habitats to assisting with medical treatments, patient care, and learning about sea turtle conservation, no two days are ever the same.

This is an incredible opportunity for students and recent graduates looking to gain experience in wildlife medicine, marine conservation, and animal care while making a meaningful impact on the lives of endangered and threatened sea turtles.
