Flagler Cares is proud to announce the opening of the Flagler County Village, a centrally located hub where organizations with a shared commitment to assisting vulnerable residents can co-locate program staff to create a “no wrong door” access point for health, behavioral health, financial, and housing supports.

The Village is active now (walk-in hours M-F 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) with staff from each of the 4 current partners: Flagler Cares, Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia, The Healthy Start Coalition of Flagler & Volusia Counties, Inc., and The House Next Door.

Flagler Cares will host an open house event to celebrate the launch of the Flagler County Village, held from 3 to 5 PM on January 24th at City Marketplace, 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite B302, Palm Coast, FL 32164. All are welcome and encouraged to attend the open house event. Refreshments will be provided.
