The Hammock, FL – Opening her third location in less than 15 years, Lauren Williams is growing her business, and building a future for her family. The nurse practitioner whose other two successful locations are in Chiefland, Florida, looked to return to Palm Coast and decided to expand her practice in a community she loves.

Hosting her official ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration with the help of HT Production Company on Wednesday, March 3rd, the advanced registered nurse practitioner was excited by the welcome and interest in the Oceanside Medical Center.

Housed in what’s locally known as “The Pink Building” in The Hammock, Oceanside Medical Center is nestled across A1A from the Baliker Gallery, just south of Bings Landing. Guests were eager to learn more about her practice and welcome her to the community.

Eagle Eye Inspection owner Pete Lehnertz joins Lauren Williams, owner of Oceanside Medical Center, and Tom and Linda Hellman for the official ribbon cutting for the Oceanside Medical Center on March 3, 2021.

“This is a great day, it’s a much needed add to the island out here – we now have a clinic,” said Flagler County Commissioner Greg Hansen. “The county is really looking up and we’re getting some great new businesses coming in. This is a hallmark. We’ve always maintained that if you can get a tourist to come here, they’ll come back – and they may even buy a house, because we’re such a friendly county.”

Cheers all around for the Oceanside Medical Center’s ribbon cutting ceremony on March 3, 2021.

Williams’ practice offers myriad services including family practice, sick visits, urgent care, labs, OBGYN and 24-7 on call.

“It’s truly my passion. I love humanity, I love people and before anything, healthcare is important,” said Williams.

Kayla Williams is following in her mother’s footsteps at the University of North Florida and is excited to know that one day she will oversee the locations, and provide health and wellness services for her community.

“Working with my mom is very inspiring because I’m still in school and trying to be a nursing major, so working with her every single day shows me what I’m really trying to do is help people and see the different ways that medicine affects their lives,” shared Kayla thinking of her future in field.

A proud family moment for Lauren Williams as she celebrates the opening of her third clinic with a ribbon cutting for Oceanside Medical Center on March 3, 2021. From left, Brynn Hill, Chasey Pannell, Kayla Williams, Lauren Williams, and Bryson Williams.

“I’m so excited. My goal is to become a nurse practitioner like she is but I’m going to add on the specialty of dermatology on to what she has so I’ll be able to expand all her practices and help more people.”
