While many in Flagler County lined the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway, several hundred others headed to Flagler Beach for the 10th Annual Starlight 5K.
“Tonight was the 10th annual Starlight 5k! Since 2018 the run has been in Flagler Beach having moved from Town Center and now incorporates the Flagler Bridge and Betty Steflick t-docks. It’s a challenging and beautiful course that starts and ends at Veterans Park.
Several local businesses come out to support the event with treats and beverages and lots of holiday cheer. Runners and walkers go home with the signature Starlight glow in the dark medals and shirts and a night of great memories with friends, family and community,” said event organizer Carrie Meng.
